The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

 

The Desired Candidate profile should have the following -

 

Strategic Planning and Execution -

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the company's business objectives.

- Identify market trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

 

Team Leadership and Development -

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

 

Campaign Management -

- Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns.

- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

 

Budget Management -

- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.

- Allocate budget across various channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.

- Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency.

 

Client Relations and Communication -
