About the Role
We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and deliver seamless interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define user requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure design consistency through reusable components and design systems.
- Convert complex workflows into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design standards, and usability best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Good understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
