We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can own our brand, elevate our digital presence, and deliver results for both AtliQ and our clients.

What You’ll Do

As Marketing Lead, you’ll:
  • Shape the brand – Define and execute AtliQ’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead digital presence – Manage and optimize the website for credibility, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Tell powerful stories – Create content (blogs, case studies, videos, campaigns) that showcases expertise and client success.
  • Drive growth – Run ROI-driven campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels.
  • Build thought leadership – Strengthen AtliQ’s LinkedIn presence and amplify founder/personal branding.
  • Lead the team – Mentor the content and social media team, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Deliver for clients – Manage client-side marketing projects with clear strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Track & optimize – Monitor KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and turn insights into improvements.
  • Innovate constantly – Experiment with new platforms, formats, and tools to stay ahead of trends.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with design, tech, and sales to align marketing with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience (tech/consulting/AI preferred).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, ads, and content strategy.
  • Proven success in building brand presence and demand generation.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
